ShippingIn-stock orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and shipped via United States Postal Service. Within the continental United States, shipments of in-stock items are expected to arrive to you within 2 weeks from our receipt of your order. Shipments of in-stock items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are shipped Priority Mail (USPS) and should arrive within 2 weeks from our receipt of your order. 2-Day Delivery Option: 2-day delivery is available for all in-stock items to all locations within the continental United States. 2-day delivery is an additional $10.00. plus the regular shipping and handling fees for each shipping address. Returns and Exchanges At Alpaca Artwear, we want you to love your new purchase. But we know that sometimes it’s necessary to return or exchange an item. We ask that you make any returns or requests for exchanges within 30 days of purchase, or in the case of this season’s holiday gifts, by January 15, 2009. To return an item, securely repack the item with the return form included, and use the using traceable, insured delivery, ship your return to: Alpaca Artwear P. O. Box 24 Carlisle, MA 01741-0024 Please note, C.O.D.’s not accepted. Returns within 30 days with a receipt: You'll receive a refund in the amount listed on your receipt (less shipping charge, if our Prepaid Return Shipping Label is used) in the original form of payment. Returns after 30 days with a receipt: You'll receive a Merchandise Credit in the amount listed on your receipt.
